Ranch Parcels (15 minutes)
2004 Open Space Bond Category: Community Open
Space Parcels. Staff recommends approval of the acquisition of two private
parcels within the County’s Canoa Ranch reserve. Background materials will be
provided to the Commission at least 5 calendar days before the meeting.

Open Space Bond Category: Town of Sahuarita Jurisdictional
Open Space Category. Staff recommends approval of the
acquisition of the Granite parcel. Background materials will be
provided to the Commission at least 5 calendar days before the meeting.

Acquisition of Hiett
property - Tucson Mountain Park South Corridor Project Area (15 minutes)
2004 Open Space Bond Category: Community Open Space Parcels – Tucson Mountain Park South Corridor. This project area is located south of Ajo Highway and west of Mission Rd. Commission recommended acquisition of three parcels at June meeting. Staff recommends approval of the acquisition of the Hiett parcel. Background materials will be provided to the Commission at least 5 calendar days before the meeting.

Acquisition of Carpenter
Ranch (15 minutes)
2004
Open Space Bond Category: Community Open Space Parcels. This property is
located adjacent to Tortolita Mountain Park in Pinal County. Staff recommends approval of the
acquisition of Carpenter Ranch. Background materials will be
provided to the Commission at least 5 calendar days before the meeting.
