Staff recommends approval of this acquisition
via assignment of the option to purchase from Arizona Open Land Trust to the
County. Background materials will be provided to the Commission at least
5 calendar days before the meeting.

Acquisition of Diocese
Parcel – Los Morteros (10 minutes)
2004 Open Space Bond Category: Community Open Space
– Los Morteros. Staff recommends approval of this acquisition
and recommendation to the Board of Supervisors that the County participate in
the auction for the property with a not-to-exceed bid amount to be determined
by the Board of Supervisors during executive session. Background
materials will be provided to the Commission at least 5 calendar days before
the meeting.

Sale of Open Space (5 minutes)
Curtis/Petrowski/Nunez - 2004
Open Space Bond Category: Secondary Habitat Protection Priorities, Southeast
Sub Area. Commission placed due
diligence for the Curtis parcel on hold and placed the Petrowski and Nunez
applications on hold to determine Bureau of Land Management’s interest in these
properties. Staff met with BLM and recommends no further action on these
applications at this time.
